No. You pay a flat monthly subscription and keep 100% of every project fee you invoice. We never touch the money.
What if I get no matches one month?
The tools are the point — your profile, jurisdiction lookup and pipeline keep working whether or not a match lands. That’s the retention floor.
Do I need a license?
Architects do, and we verify it before you go live. Most other disciplines — drafting, 3D, scanning, rendering — need no license at all.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the cycle; annual plans run to term. Applying is always free — you only subscribe once you’re approved.
What does "rolling out" mean?
Proposal generation and client updates are being released market by market as density justifies them. We won’t pretend a tool exists before it does.
